Yaiman Bande, Esq. LLB (Merit) AHCZ
Yaiman Bande is a legal practitioner and researcher with a strong interest in legal education and case-based learning. He holds a LLB (Merit) and is an admitted member of the Zambian bar. He is the founder of Vigilante Scholar, a legal research and case-analysis platform first established on 24 March 2020 and revived with renewed focus after periods of redevelopment. The platform was created to support law students by simplifying complex legal principles through structured case summaries, statutory interpretation, and practical explanations grounded in real legal practice.
Yaiman Bande has professional experience in litigation, mining and exploration, legal research, and legal writing. His exposure to court processes and live legal disputes informs the student-focused approach of his work, which prioritises clarity, accuracy, and exam-oriented understanding. Through Vigilante Scholar, he seeks to assist undergraduate law students and ZIALE candidates alike in developing disciplined legal reasoning, confidence in case law, and a practical appreciation of how the law operates beyond textbooks.
